Multi-phase, mixed tenure estate regeneration – selected as successor to Housing Action Trust by residents. Establishment of new community-based housing association.

Conception and delivery of award-winning, mixed tenure/use  community hub, comprising homes, community centre, health centre and supermarket.
 

JV and traditional delivery arrangements to deliver new homes and provide private sector cross subsidy to support regeneration.

Pioneering estate regeneration – demolition of high-rise, poor quality homes and re-provision with low-rise houses and flats. Planning secured through Appeal to develop on adjacent Metropolitan Open Land. Delivered through complex tri-partite JV between public and private sector.

Creation of community-based management offer delivering services and support for local community from office in new neighbourhood centre.
